Plantar Fasciitis in Left Heel Has Been Killing Me For 3 months, Significant Relief After 4 Days
by Mark
(Houston, TX)
Joshua, My left heel has been has been killing me for 3 months.
I self diagnosed Plantar Fascitis and confirmed this with a visit to a sports medicine doc.
They told me to do one stretch 8 times a day and gave me some heal cushions for my shoes.
This did nothing to ease the pain.
I tried your method and after one day my heal pain was probably 80% gone.
I am now in my 4th day following your plan and am experiencing significant relief.
This is great advice. Thanks!
