OH OH I HAD THE CARPAL TUNNEL SURGERY

by OhOh

The 29th of April I had a new procedure done -they didn't cut up into the hand, my left one was bad even though I am rt. handed. but have it in Rt. hand too.

my question is this (since I found this page)

Really need to do something with rt. hand -how and what to get relief without surgery?

Hi there OhOh.

I'm not totally clear on what you were saying, but it sounds like you had/have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on both right and left side.

And you had some kind of surgery. What exactly did they do?

Did you have any Tendonitis?

As far as what to do to avoid Carpal Tunnel surgery, my top suggestion is to get my The Carpal Tunnel Treatment That Works DVD and Companion ebook.

If it's that serious that you've already had one surgery and are trying to avoid another, you need a complete plan.

There are various tips and techniques across my website, but I'd rather you have a complete game plan to fix your body.
