My wrist pain from playing guitar that wont go away

Hi My name is Jason. I really love the guitar and one day hope to go to music school but recently i've been really down because my wrist has been causing me a lot of annoying pain. I don't know exactly when this pain started but i think i noticed it one day when i was learning a song that took a lot of strange spreading of my fingers.

Anyways i continued playing hoping it would go away but it hasn't and that was 6 months ago.

Now my other wrist hurts as well because i was practicing alternative picking which is short movements of up and down using your wrist a lot.

My wrists hurt even when i'm not playing the guitar bot anything too painful but very annoying.

i really want to fix this.I don't have health insurance and i don't know what to do.

Hi Jason.

The good news is, you don't need health care insurance for this.

Sure, you can go see doctors and all that, but if you're like most people with any kind of Wrist Tendonitis symptoms, you'll do circles in that system for a long time.

It all adds up.
