My Plantar Fasciitis Turned Out Differently After Herniated a Disc.

by H Lamb
(Florida)

I had a bad case of plantar fascitis.

At first I could not walk due to heel pain. Then I herniated a disk in my back. The doctor gave me Celebrex for the inflamation in my back...It ended up curing my plantar facitis. Damnest thing.

Yeah, the body is a funny creature.

Pain shows up for the strangest reasons sometimes, and can go away just as strangely!

Yeay your feet are better!

How's the back?

If you haven't seen them yet, I recommend two books. These two books got me up off the floor and onto my feet after 2 months on the floor with BAD L5-S1 ruptured disc pain.

'7 Steps To A Pain Free Life' by Dr. Robin McKenzie.

'Healing Back Pain' by Dr. John Sarno.
