Is burning tendon pain below the ankle bone on the outside planter fasciitis?

A lot of my symptoms are similar to planter fasciitis except that I also have a burning pain below my right ankle bone on the outside.

Sometimes it begins to burn when I am just sitting at my desk at work. I think it first started a few years ago when I decided to take up jumping rope.

Mostly, I'm a barefoot/minimalist shoe runner. I had this pain when I was running in Adidas and it got better when I switched to barefoot. Over the winter, I wore shoes because of the weather and I swear that is when it flared up again but I haven't been able to get it under control.

Do you recommend following the planter fasciitis treatment, achilles or something else?

Is that burning tendon pain near the ankle part of your Plantar Fasciitis?

Yes and no.

Technically no, because all the doctors will tell you that Plantar Fasciitis is a -foot- problem, specifically with the plantar fascia of the bottom of the foot.

But realistically, yes.

Your foot Tendonitis is made up of a DYNAMIC of various factors.

One of the major factors and causes of Plantar Fasciitis Symptoms is issues in the lower leg.

Specifically, muscles and connective tissue are TOO TIGHT. Muscles and connective tissue get tight, they pull on the tendons that cross the joints down into the feet. Constant 24/7 tension.

And then you go walking around, and every step puts too much tension on the attachments, and the nervous system starts to freak out and get worried for your safety, and kicks in more tightness and a Process of Inflammation.

Pain enhancing chemical from inflammation is responsible for that burning sensation, basically.

And, it's totally following the common pattern as it comes and goes and comes and goes, until one day it's BAD.

Better to fix it now than later.
