Had plantar fasciitis but now I am pain-free!!!
by Barbara
(California)
I had heel pain for five months and had tried everything including shock wave therapy.
I used the treatment recommended for plantar fasciitis.
I am back hiking, walking, and exercising at the gym. Thank you.

Joshua Comments:You are certainly welcome.
Thanks for actually doing the things that get results!
Keep in mind, the activity is likely to push you back in a painful direction.
Self care as necessary as soon as you feel it.
Keep your feet happy!
