Want A Carpal Tunnel Treatment That Works?

There are a large number of options for Carpal Tunnel Treatment.

Unfortunately, almost all of them fail to cure it, much less make a significant, lasting difference (or any difference at all).

For ALL types of treatment, it is vital to keep in mind that while we -think- that our body heals itself from Tendonitis issues like Carpal Tunnel Syndrome....

...the way our body actually works and heals leaves our structure primed for more tightness, pain and damage in the future.

So an effective treatment for carpal tunnel symptoms must EFFECTIVELY reverse the factors that cause the problem in the first place.

Why Use A Carpal Tunnel Treatment That Doesn't Work?

Doctors prescribe them every day, all day long.

Patients want their symptoms to go away.  Doctors don't fully understand what is causing the Carpal Tunnel Symptoms.

So people waste A LOT of time, effort, and hope on a variety of common treatments that fail to work.

Sometimes symptoms will go away to some degree, but generally, they come back.

And then doctors prescribe surgery as 'the next level of treatment since the others failed'.

Well OF Course they failed!

Treating symptoms of carpal tunnel will NEVER fix the problem.  You have to effectively treat the CAUSE of the symptoms.

Carpal Tunnel Treatment That Doesn't Work

Methods That Don't Work Very Well
If At All

Rest won't heal you. Rest reduces new irritation to an already irritated dynamic (not a bad thing)

Anti-inflammatory meds and Pain Killers basically just mask or dull your pain. They don't alter your structure or your habits to make you functionally better.

Corticosteroid Injections are in the same category, except that they can make you hurt more, and they have potentially dangerous side effects.

Pain Relief Cream can't do much for you.

Can they fix or reverse Carpal Tunnel? No.

Do they help you heal? No.

Do they bring new blood to the area? Maybe.

Do they lessen the pain you feel? Maybe.

Wrist Splints and Braces will limit ongoing irritation to your structure, but will ultimately just prolong your suffering.

Icing as Doctors and PT's recommend it, just isn't enough to do the job.

Using an ice pack, three times a day for 15-2 minutes each? Sorry. That just isn't going to do it.

Vitamin B6

Some sources suggest that Vitamin B6 is effective for alleviating the pain and numbness of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

It's worth a shot, but it's not a cure UNLESS all your symptoms are from Vitamin B6 deficiency. Which is certainly possible, since Inflammation causes Vitamin B6 deficiency.

Professionals

Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and Physical Therapy can be really effective choices for treating Carpal Tunnel -if- you have a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner.

Energy work like Reiki has been known to help. EFT, or Energy Tapping, has been known to help.

In the realm of finding practitioners (this includes regular doctors), you're on your own. One just has to try them out and see what happens.

The results you get really all depend on the individual skill and experience levels of the professionals you seek out.

Unfortunately, you have to try them out to find out if they're effective for you or not.

There Is No Magic Pill

Carpal Tunnel Treatment -wise, there is no quick fix.

There is no magic pill.

It would be nice if there was, but there isn't.

Our medical system goes after the symptoms with what they hope are magic bullets, and they ongoingly prescribe them even though they just don't work for the vast majority of people.

You have to deal with the entire Carpal Tunnel dynamic.

From day to day you're going to continue to do the things that 'caused' your Carpal Tunnel.

Half of an effective Carpal Tunnel Treatment is getting rid of the pain, the other half is 'fixing' the problem.

The rest is 'Managing' your structure over time in direct relationship to what activities you do and how irritating they are to your structure.

A Carpal Tunnel Treatment That Works

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms are ultimately caused by two factors:

1. Tight muscles that causes constrictive connective tissue which causes wear and tear injury, and

2. Inflammation.

To effectively treat Carpal Tunnel, the Carpal Tunnel Treatment you use must successfully reverse BOTH.

On the DVD 'The Carpal Tunnel Treatment That Works', I have put EXACTLY what you need, and ONLY what you need to do to eliminate your pain and reverse the Carpal Tunnel Dynamic.

ICE DIP

a.k.a. Super Icing!

This is a vital part of your effective carpal tunnel treatment.

1. Find a (kitchen) sink.

2. Fill it up with water and ice and/or frozen water bottles.

3. Repeatedly over a two hour period, dip your entire hand and forearms into an Ice Dip in your sink for 5-10 seconds. 5-10 seconds ONLY.

Repeat this a minimum of 10 times, while you're making dinner, when a commercial comes on, between chores, etc.

You want the CUMULATIVE effect of Ice Dipping over and over.

Hand and forearm, make sure you get up over the elbow.

Treat this as a serious experiment for 7 days. Your hands/wrists/forearms will feel amazingly better if you do this for a week.

Ice Dipping is not a fix.  But it can be very effective at reducing pain levels.  And if it doesn't help, that's really good information too.

WARNING! It can take up to 2, 3, or 4 days to feel benefit. There is a lot going on in your structure, it can take a while for all that to reverse. At a certain point, you will turn a corner and feel great benefit.
