Joshua Answers:Hi Claire.
Time for a new doctor!
Seriously.
Ok, some facts.
12 year olds shouldn't have Tendonitis. Maybe you do a lot of texting or are on the computer a lot. It's -possible- that purely due to repetitive movement you could have developed classic
Tendonitis.
However, for you, I bet it's nutritional related.
Meaning, you are short on various nutrients and your body just doesn't have the building blocks that it needs to stay strong and healthy.
1. Get your Vitamin D level checked. It's predictable that it's VERY low. Then use D3 to get your level up. Let's talk once you get your level checked.
2.
Magnesium for Tendonitis. Could be others too, but Magnesium is a big one.
Can't use your calcium without magnesium.
3. Protein. I bet you need to eat more protein and less sugar and carbs. Good fats too, like flax seed oil and coconut oil.
If you don't have enough of the above, ANYBODY can and will develop pain and problem.
I suggest that you get my
Reversing Wrist Tendonitis ebook ebook. It talks about the above, and has other info and activities you can use to drop your pain levels and get your structures working pain free again.
So there's that.
If you like, I can ask you a bunch of specific questions, you can answer, and that will help us dial in on exactly what is going on.
And, what I've said above holds true for most everyone. And, it's always good to fine tune.
